17. Cancellations, Returns and Replacements
The goods are 'made to order' hence no right to cancel exists for the buyer except where expressly agreed by the seller in writing.
The buyer will in the event of agreed cancellation by the seller indemnify the seller fully against all expenses incurred up to the time of such cancellation.
Where permission to return is agreed, the goods can not have been fitted and must be returned at the buyers expense in their original condition in their original packaging.
Where the goods are not made to order, the buyer has the right to return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods and will be entitled to a refund, excluding any transport charges and subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer remains responsible for shipping the goods back to the seller.
The buyer is entitled to free replacement of any goods that arrive damaged. The buyer must inspect the goods and inform the seller within 7 days of any damages. The replacement goods will be shipped assembled or flatpack, dependant on UK geographical location.

The 50% off all cabinets offer is available until October 31st 2018. This offer has no minimum spend and applies to all Home Joinery furniture cabinets they supply. The offer of 50% off is the discretion of the showroom staff and used by them to offer the most competitive deals to their customers.
The free dishwasher offer is available on orders placed before October 31st 2018. The order value must be greater than £1,500 to qualify for the offer, anything below this does not qualify the customer for a free dishwasher. The dishwasher that is included in the offer is a Zanussi zdv12004fa 450.
All customers that receive a quote from Home Joinery during the sale period will be entitled to claim a free travel mug. The travel mug is one per customer and will be gifted upon receiving your final quote. This is a no-obligation quote and even if the customer does not proceed with the quote, they are still entitled to one travel mug.
Trade £100 Credit
We are offering a free £100 credit to all new trade customers to Home Joinery. To qualify for the credit to your account you must have an approved credit account with Home Joinery. The credit will be applied to your second order from us and will be deducted from the cost of this second order. It will not be given as cash. Once you place your second order with us, we will deduct £100 from your order at this point.
